The GLO+ Membership is a subscription program for $14.99/month, where your payment turns into store credit. This allows you to shop at any time, with no expiration on your store credit as long as your membership is active.Plus, you get 15% off everything!

2. How does the membership work?

When you choose GLO+ during checkout, you'll instantly receive a 15% discount on your order. For your first purchase, you won’t be billed the full $14.99 right away. Instead, you'll only be charged a trial fee of $0.95, allowing you to enjoy discounted shopping.

On the one-month anniversary of your order, you’ll then be charged $14.99, which will be converted into store credit that accumulates over time. Your membership will renew every month on the same date as your initial sign-up. For example, if you join on the 10th of the month, your next charge will be on the 10th of the following month—and so on.

You can use your store credit anytime when you're ready to shop!

3. Can I buy without a membership?

Yes, you can choose “Regular” at the cart for one-time purchases. Members and non-members can both access the "Buy More, Save More" offer.

4. How do I pause, skip, or cancel my membership?

To manage your GLO+ membership, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account using the email address associated with your GLO+ membership and your previous order number.
  2. Click "Manage Subscriptions."
  3. Select:
  • "Pause Membership" if you’d like to pause your membership (you can pause for up to 3 months).
  • "Cancel Membership" if you’d like to cancel.

5. When do I get charged?

You will be charged $14.99 on the anniversary of your subscription (e.g., if you subscribed on the 8th, you will be charged on the 8th of each month). We'll send email and SMS reminders before your charge

6. How can I use my store credit?

During checkout, simply use the email address associated with your GLO+ membership, and our system will automatically detect your available store credit. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply it.
