What is the GLO+ membership program?

The GLO+ membership program is an exclusive offer that allows you to enjoy various perks while turning each monthly payment into store credit! By subscribing for $14.99 per month, that amount is converted into store credit that you can use whenever you like.

Can you buy from GLO without a membership?

Want to make a one-time purchase? Simply select "Pay as Regular" in your shopping cart. Whether you're shopping as a GLO+ member or with a one-time purchase, you will still have access to our Buy More, Save More offer.

How long is the membership?

There is no commitment on your end! You can pause, skip or cancel at any point your membership. If we notice that you have not utilized your store credit within a 12-month period, we will proceed with canceling your membership and your monthly charge, but you will still have access to your unused store credit for future use.

Does GLO+ have a monthly fee?

You’ll be charged $14.99 / month that becomes store credit unless you CANCEL or PAUSE your membership. Store credit can be used to shop anytime and never expires for active members.

When do I get charged?

You'll be charged $14.99 on your subscription anniversary, which will then be applied to your GLO store credit.

For example: I subscribed to GLO+ on October 8, so I'll be charged every 8th of the following months.

How do I change my payment method?

To update the payment method be sure you're logged into your GLO+ account and follow the steps below.

1. Select "GLO+" tab
2. Click on "Manage membership" button, then on the "Update payment method” button
Please be aware that your subscription will be automatically canceled if we are unable to process your payment after multiple attempts.

How can I use my store credits?

You can use your store credits by logging into your account. If you forgot to do so before, you can also log in during checkout.

You'll be shown the number of store credits available and can adjust how many you want to use. Enjoy!

Can I check out with any payment method and still use my store credits?

No, the only payment method that will NOT let you redeem your store credit is ShopPay.

Do I have to shop every month as a GLO+ member?

The GLO+ Membership is flexible with no obligation to shop each month. You can accumulate your store credit to be used whenever you are ready to shop.

You can also pause your membership without losing your perks. We send reminder emails and SMS alerts every month before your store credit charge. This way you'll have enough time to Skip The Month in case you don’t plan on shopping. If you forget to skip you can refund the charge directly in your account.

How do you pause or cancel your membership?

To pause your membership, log in HERE and follow the steps below, as long as your membership has not been canceled:

How long can you pause your membership?

You can pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time. Once you reactivate your membership your card will be charged monthly.

What happens to my store credit if I cancel the membership?

You are welcome to cancel your membership at any point but we recommend making sure you have used your store credits prior to canceling. Upon cancellation of your membership, you will be prompted to confirm the forfeiture of any remaining store credits. We recommend utilizing your store credits prior to initiating cancellation. Once forfeited, any remaining store credits will not be reinstated.

I forgot to skip the month and was charged Store Credit, how can I get a refund?

GLO+ store credit resulting from the monthly charge is refundable within your account up to 30 days of the date of the initial charge. Log in using this link, REQUEST A REFUND, to refund yourself directly in your GLO account by following the steps below:

1. Select "GLO+" tab
2. Click on "Manage membership" button, then on the "Refund” button
3. Allow us 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

What if I forget to shop or skip?

Each month you’ll be able to skip the month for 7 days before the monthly charge. We will send reminders through email and sms to allow you to skip, or you can log into your account.
If you’ve forgotten to shop or skip the month, $14.99 will be charged to your card on file and appear on your GLO account as store credit.

Your store credit will remain active on your account and can be used at any time, provided your membership remains active. If you do not plan to use your store credit, you are welcome to request a refund within 30 days or choose to accumulate it for future use, as long as your membership is not canceled.
